Meeting with Alum tomorrow, internship offer already on the table...

So, I have been cold calling emailing alum to try and set up informational interviews and talk to them about the industry. Tomorrow I am going to a boutique to meet with an alum who is actually Partner at the boutique. He is a really nice guy and told me they had not really thought about interns because they were so small, but since I was so persistent he definitely wanted me to come in meet him and some other members of the firm. He told me I could probably start interning for them, but due to the lack of training, I would not be building models doing financial analysis etc. He said I would mainly help him out or whoever needed help composing power points, doing due dilligence etc. (I will get more info tomorrow) It sounded like the internship was mine he said he would explain duties more tomorrow see if it was what I had in mind.

Question? I just started a new internship about a month ago (unpaid) which is supposed to last until may at a money management firm/fund of fund/soon to have a hedge fund. Do I go into the meeting tomorrow and be honest about this and say I am interested in a summer position, or say I want a summer position because I want to devote 100% of my time/energy, or just not say anything and quit the fund if given the opportunity to work at the bank. I know I wont be getting any modeling skills, but I feel I will be able to network given I have very few alumni from my school. (complete nontarget) Everyone in the office is 40 yrs+ been in the industry 15+years and come from different banks in different regions (from 8 yrs at GS to no name MM and boutiques)

One more thing, should I go into tomorrow as being prepared for an informational interview me getting interviewed or both? The question about what to do at the internship, I do not want to burn any bridges, know how important it is to know people in finance. So, I do not want to leave on a bad note at the fund, but def want to keep this door open with the boutique.

Keep in mind, Im a Jr. my ideal job would be an analyst out of school, but if I cannot get into ibd which is almost a reality (mediocre gpa, nontarget) I definitely want to work in finance either ER or asset mngmt anything I can learn from and use as a positive jump start to my career and I really am fascinated by the HF industry. Like I said do not want to burn any bridges nor do I want to miss any of the few opportunities presented to me.

Advice much appreciated.
