"On March 20, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, ordered all nonessential businesses to close. That weekend, JPMorgan threw out its original plans to separate people and said most would work from home."
Thus, I doubt that interns will be physically in NYC if Cuomo doesn't change the "nonessential business".

BAML sent out a survey to incoming interns. Asked about our semester start/end dates and whether we had a stable internet connection at home.
