It’s my 2nd year in a credit related role and I’m looking into interviewing with Mezz debt funds, but I was hoping some of you could talk about your experience interviewing with/working for mezz debt funds. I’d be interested in hearing about your work life balance, credit process compared to banking (if you were in a credit related role beforehand), compensation, and your thoughts on career path (staying vs exiting to some other role).
