MF Infra vs EB (EVR, LAZ, CVP)
Just got an MF Infra offer and idk if I should take that over my current EB offer. I’d prefer to do normal PE, but am afraid of not getting into the MF again.

for guys like the OP, who want to be at a MF to tell people they work at a MF, probably a bad thing.
I'm trying to find people who do Infra at MF on LinkedIn and 90% of them just put "Private Equity" in their description and won't indicate they do Infra. It's like they're ashamed of being in Infra or they don't think it's as prestigious. Super weird.

Dude just take the MF Infra. Tons of these funds are also looking at core plus assets that aren’t strictly infra but have repeatable and reliable business models. You’ll have amazing optionality including moving to traditional buyout PE at different firms. It’s an obvious choice to me, at least
it all depends on what MF it is, for example KKR is basically just core investments
their fund is literally called "diversified core"
