Mid at finance vs goated at other career
What should one do if they are mediocre at finance. Let’s say they have an offer at UBS or truist in New York. They happen to be really good at tech or CS. Obviously, their entire life has been dedicated to finance, so they’re more knowledgeable but just less naturally skilled.
Is it worth to stick it out even if ur not that good (even being at target and everything)

If you're in tech build a startup and exit
Almost everyone who goes into finance isn't passionate or interested about it, which makes the hours even worse.
This is also why almost everyone is "mid" aka average, and almost everyone burns out.
