Middle Market Analyst Comp 2024
I’m curious what FT analysts at middle market can expect for TC these days. I’ve heard base salaries are higher compared to before but bonuses haven’t changed or dropped
Can a middle performance analyst make around 150k all in? Or would it be lower now?
Thinking 110k base, 140-150k tc for a1
Then about 125k base, 170-180k tc for a2
That’s quite a bit higher than pre Covid, but likely more similar when considering inflation
Pretty accurate, although at my MM the jump to 125 comes after the first 6 months which is nice
This is pretty much what HL was last year. A2 is 115 base but bonus brings TC to that range.
Thought Harris Williams were comped very very nicely
Whats tc for analysts there?
Base is 110 + 60k bonus + 20k signing bonus = 190 for a1
115 + 80 = 195 for a2
these were last year mid bucket numbers

Agreed at strong MM you can see what others are saying on this thread but at some other places you can see 90k-100k base at An1. So raneg from 90k - 125k the most common probs being 110k.
HL Analyst here- 105, 60, 165 all in last year (top bucket)
