Middle Market Investment Banking - Exit Opportunities?

All - Thanks for taking the time to read and respond to this. I'm struggling in a middle market investment banking role, I've been here two years, and have ~5 years of finance experience (CFA, financial analysis, etc.). I'm looking to make a jump to something chiller and want to explore my options. It is probably no surprise that I don't want to give up the money I make, but I really want to have a better work/life balance. I've been thinking IR, CorpDev, etc. My role now is hybrid and would really love to keep that.

Does anyone have any good ideas here on where to look or have a similar problem / had similar experiences? Any thoughts help. Thank you!
