Migraine and IB
Would it be possible to work in IB with having a migraine?
I’d imagine it to be brutal, especially due to the high stress, long hours and the sleep deprivation.

First year analyst here with terrible migraines. Yes it doable but hard sometimes. I get bad migraines early in the morning and late night after hours of work and it makes me more irritated and confused but you can still do the work. I usually tend to do work that requires full brain capacity when I’m not having a migraines and leave menial tasks for when I do. Keep your pills handy, drink lots or water and coffee and you will be fine
Did it with having migraines triggered by a brain cyst (3 years in iB). Have a good neurologist, take your sumatriptan ASAP, etc. I found the weekends were actually worse (contrast to poster above); everyone's different. Definitely doable but prioritize your health.
