Missed HR Call, is it rejection?

I missed an HR call, and she told me to call back when I had the chance. I called back within the next 5 minutes but there was no response (I called at least 3 times). Can I assume that this is a rejection call? I interviewed on Monday and she called on Wednesday.

Dude chill, its a mixed bag HR normally like to do any offer outcome over the phone as its polite but cant read into the outcome out of thin air. Try again in the afternoon after that wait for them to call back. Just make sure you pick up next time. No one wants to play cat and mouse.

I would slow down.

HR calls regardless of the outcome from superdays

If it is a first round, I got calls for superdays. No rejections (yet) after first rounds so I can't speak to that.

I got email invites for first rounds.

I don't care who your dad is

Yeah HR would often call for rejects. A lot of people are probably saying otherwise BC it would make a lot of sense (i don't want to talk to you/hear some bullshit, non-relevant reasoning if you don't want me).
