Mizuho vs. Greenhill M&A vs. Greenhill RX

Now that Greenhill is part of Mizuho, are the two still viewed separately, and do they work together in New York? I'm also curious how each of the groups listed in the title are looked at in terms of exit opportunities/prestige, current performance, and future outlook.

Can't speak on the US although imagine it is similar to London. In the UK they operate completely independently, they only work together to provide financing in M&A using Mizuho's balance sheet which was the main rationale of the merger. Seems like Mizuho is slowly merging the Greenhill brand into their own so will see how that pans out but in the short-term future the Greenhill brand won't be removed from their M&A deals because of their historic reputation and Mizuho's lack thereof
