MM SA Internship --> Rerecruit for Full-time?
Like the title says, I'm entering a middle market bank in the coverage group I'm interested in and the location I prefer. However, I am worried that I may be pigeonholed into middle market banking if I stay with the bank (assuming I get a return). Obviously I am getting a bit ahead of myself but I think its always better to think ahead especially since recruiting is so early. If I were interested in pivoting to EB or BB eventually, should I be thinking about rerecruiting as soon as I'm done with my SA (or even network during)? How should I go about it?
Thank you!

What do you mean by “pigeon holed in MM banking”? If it’s a reputable MM firm you can easily lateral to EB’s / BB’s if you want to. Also will get fairly good looks for UMM / MM PE and other various buyside roles
Sounds like you’re being a little naive
