MO/BO FT signing bonus?
Anyone recently sign with a BB right out of undergrad for a MO/BO ops/trade support role?
Did covid kill signing bonuses/relocation stipends for the non competitive FO roles?
If not, what is a ballpark signing/relocation bonus for a ~50k ops role in a low COL city?
