Modeling ECM Products (IPOs, Follow-ons, Registered Directs) and Private Placements/PIPEs

Hi all,

I am a lateral hire from Big 4 that networked my way into an experienced analyst role at an investment bank in New York doing Life Sciences. I have some direct M&A experience, which proved very helpful during the interview process, but I have never worked on any capital raises. The firm I am joining executes both M&A and ECM Products in group, so I am a bit nervous about how to model the capital markets products listed in the subject above.

I understand what each of these products are and how they work, but I specifically am looking for resources that will help me practice modeling each of these. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to learn to model these before I start in a week?
