I spoke to a senior banker who is an alum and was told that recruiting doesn't take place until end of Sept to early Oct. Hes active in the recruitment process since he does a lot of interviews. I'm worried now that he must of forgotten to pass my resume. Should I call on Monday (since its more effective) or email him Monday? Are they still recruiting though?

They were on campus last week and I heard they had their Superday already, but not sure if they're still hiring.

Dam, why didn't I get an interview, he said he would pass my resume along. I think I'm call him Monday. I remember he said they recruit from targets first and then move onto semi targets.

My friend just called a top MD there for FT associate positions. New York has done hiring but there are still one or two spots left in Los Angeles and Chicago.
Honestly, call the MD and try to position yourself for the Los Angeles office. It offers the most opportunities for personal growth and is Moelis' most dominant platform.
