Moelis M&A Analyst Lateral Insights

Would anyone have any insight on Moelis's M&A team? From what I gathered from previous posts is that they are a volume shop where you will get a lot of reps. Aside from those facts, if anyone has any insights to the group in the frame of deal team structure, specializations, are they more a true product or do they keep it in house servicing different industries? Are they model intensive or more a fair split between process/modeling. Interested in learning everything I can so if any has any insight, it would be greatly received.

Thank you all in advance!
