I got first round for Houston
spoke to a recruiter who said moelis plans to begin first rounds for NYC on the week of the 18th

To maybe add some color for NY. I have a first round on Tuesday and was told the Superday will be later in the week (Thursday/Friday) or early the next week.

In the same boat. Semi-target but non-core for Moelis. I know that I have multiple referrals in the system and a good resume. I thought they were trying to wrap up first rounds this week, so if we don't hear back in a day or two I would be surprised if we got first rounds later. Target recruiting is obviously in full swing for them, but have anecdotally heard of some non-core non-diverse first rounds too so not sure whats up.

My understanding is no. The last round of first round (non-core & non-diversity) invites were sent out earlier this week, and interviews will be today through Friday. Super days start next week

Yeah thats been the case with a few people this year, myself included
Talked to an analyst and they said that it was just very competitive this year. There are only 30 spots across all offices, including SF
