Has anyone had success with Mondrian Alpha (the recruiting firm) or received an interview through them? They often post interesting roles, but the listings disappear within a few days, and they never seem to respond. Seems sketch

Circling back
I got a few interviews either by applying to their posts or by directly reached out by the recruiter. It feels like pedigree kind of gets them, the first one I was put through the interview was obviously not a good fit for instance.
