Monkeys, What Motivates You To Continue Working Hard Every Day?
Title says it all.
I'll start by saying that although I'm still in college, I think the goal of reaching banking is still motivation enough for me. But for those already in IB (or whatever career path you're pursuing), what keeps you waking up everyday to grind?
