What is the outlook from the street? is it respected? exit ops? how does compensation line up with the rest of the street? Is it a good place to start if you plan to go get your MBA in a couple years and try to do IB at a BB?

it's a good job if you're into credit analysis, will align you for debt related positions. Pay isn't like "street" because you aren't on the street, it pays similar to a mid tier consulting/big four job.
