Morgan Stanley 2021 SA Hirevue Deadline Question
Hey guys, quick question. I recently applied for the 2021 Investment Banking SA program at Morgan Stanley. However, I missed 48 hour deadline to do the Hirevue since the email for it got sent to my spam folder and I literally didn't notice this until last night. The option to do the Hirevue is still available(I can still click on the button and go through with it) but I'm almost 100% sure I'll get dinged if I do it after the deadline.
Because of this, I'm thinking about withdrawing my original application and resubmitting it under a different account. Does anyone know if there are any potential repercussions of this? I don't know how the internal application system for MS works and if they'll know that I applied under two different accounts or if they'll auto-ding me for something like this.
They'll auto ding you because your name, school, internships, etc. will all be the same. It'll be obvious that you're the same person and they do have AI to check.
If anything, you have a better chance just doing the hirevue on your current app and hoping for the best.

Reach out to HR and hope for the best. That’s all you can do at this point.

I contacted HR and they said that as long as you submit before the deadline it's ok
re-submit before application deadline? or Hirevue deadline?
