Morgan Stanley assessment - do you need to be absolutely PERFECT in everything?
I did MS tests after submitting the application and got ghosted for a while, eventually got rejected. Education/experience wise I'm overall good. There's a possibility that I'm the issue obviously, but not having everything perfect is making me think it's the reason. I did situational judgement, verbal, logical, and numerical. These were my results:
- SJT: Your responses to this assessment suggest, that compared to others, your behavioural strengths are somewhat aligned to this business unit. You are as likely as others to respond to situations in a way that leads to success in this role
- Numerical: Your performance score suggests that you performed well
above the requirements for the specific role you applied to. Numerical reasoning is one of your key
strengths. - Inductive: Your performance score suggests that you performed well
above the requirements for the specific role you applied to. Inductive reasoning is one of your key
strengths. - Verbal: Your performance score suggests that you performed well
above the requirements for the specific role you applied to. Verbal reasoning is one of your key
strengths.
So it seems I screwed the situational judgement one. But is it enough to warrant a rejection on its own?
You’re not alone. I had the same situation a while back. I expect they want perfect in everything, yes
