Morgan Stanley GCM Groups?

Curious if anyone could provide insight on Morgan Stanley's GCM groups that are Non-ECM/DCM/LevFin.

What other groups exist and what are their reps? Also curious about where people from these groups end up… do they normally exit or stay as career bankers? What is deal flow and comp like?

A few groups I've found online are Acquisition Finance, Securitized Products and Liability Management, not sure what else. Doing my junior summer there for reference and open to any group.

Not at MS but my bank has very similar teams under the capital markets umbrella. Securitized products creates ABS, CDOs etc. Liability management helps companies buy back ("tender") outstanding debt. This sounds simple but its super super technical and generally the teams are quite small and senior because it takes a long time to properly learn and understand the work.

A quick google shows MS also has Project Finance and Strategic Lending Group. PF is pretty cool I think but I don't think MS is huge in the space. I have no idea what strategic lending is tho....

Hope this helps
