Y'all be respectful. Like Jews, Mormons can be some of the most genuine and authentic people. To answer @OP's question, coffee is not difficult to abstain from when the individual in question isn't caffeination dependant. Alternatives can include protein or energy bars and most glycemic foods. Irrespectively, at 20+ years of age, I don't doubt any post college/incoming analyst's ability to stay awake late.

Yeah, that makes sense - caffeine itself isn’t the issue, it’s specifically coffee and certain teas. You don’t necessarily need coffee to stay alert anyway. There are alternatives that give you caffeine in a more controlled way. For example, trycaffio is a new product coming to market soon - it’s a smart water bottle + app that gives you steady caffeine doses without the crashes, and you don’t need coffee at all for it to work.
