Moving from Accounting to IB

Hey All,

I am a 24 year old accountant located in NY, I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from a non-target state school. I am looking to make a jump towards high finance. I don’t want to do taxes or private industry bookkeeping. I am also a good 4 years into this. Feel like I’m not learning anything new, my growth his declined, want to be challenged and move towards something bigger.

If anyone has any advice? I am prepping for the GMAT and grinding out technicals.
