Moving From ER to ECM at MM Shop?
Back in February, I signed for equity research for the summer of 2025 at an MM bank. However, the more I think about it, I realize that working in equity capital markets would be more interesting. How hard would it be to switch internally and is this doable? What kind of technicals would be required for ECM?
