Moving from Operation Division to Investment Banking Division
Hello everyone. I'm currently working as an operations analyst (Pre-trade settlements) in a BB bank in a European country where there is no investment banking positions. I'm also graduating my undergrad in finance in summer of 2020. I always wanted to work in investment banking but in here there is no such opportunities. Now I have a solid 3-month internship experience (in the same bank) and a 7-month full time employee experience. My only shot is to work my way in through networking with people in investment banking division of my bank. Any suggestions or advice would be hugely appreciated.
