Anyone know when we'll hear back from the GCM SD today? Heard conflicting answers ranging from later this evening to next week.

Totally varies. I know one person who heard in 24 hours and another who heard 3 weeks later (both received offers). I think average is like 1-2 weeks. They like to take their time and really wait until last minute.
