Anyone have thoughts on this group? Any big deals out of them recently? Obviously it’s MS but curious how they stack up

Good overall but clearly below JPM HC or CVP, probably in line with GS HC or EVR HC
Sounds right - overall great, would say one of the best coverage groups in terms of deal flow at MS. Decent large recent M&A deals like Abbott / Exact, Merck / Verona, Genmab / Merus, Akero / Novo, BioMarin / Amicus

From my understanding, it’s a great group relative to the rest of the street. It’s MS so floor is high and you will get exposure to great deals. I have heard the work is very coverage based and less on the model side. So if you’re into HC hardcore would be a great group, but maybe not if looking to have a more generalist technical experience. Can’t go wrong again tho, it’s MS HC.
Any insight on exits?
Saw decent amount of MF exits (Apollo, Carlyle, KKR, GA) last year

Fine at the analyst level, but mind that the quality of folks from associate and above is not high.. (ie plenty of incompetent MBA becky associates)
Does anybody have insight on their SF healthcare team? I.e how do they divide work between the offices, group culture, exits etc?
has MS SF started R1s or SDs?
Exits are well if not better than NY Healthcare. This cycle one placed to H&F
