havent heard back but i got 'well above' for all of the cognitive assessments but 'well below' for cultural fit (ie sjt). So not optimistic here

I don't know the specifics of their internal review process but I'd guess the application is viewed holistically so it only makes up one component?
I did the OA on the 10th, have not heard back yet
