How does the interview process work? Do they automatically place you with the country coverage team if you're Italian, Spanish, Greek, etc., or do they assign you to industry groups for interviews based on your CV and industry exposure? or its completely random?
No dude you have to pick your desired internship, with its specified location, and your application is considered there. I think they give you the choice of 3 max internship & 3 max full time applications.
Got a friend who is doing off cycle in GCM. His process was: online assessment > hv > HR interview > technical/behavioural interview (more technical if you have experience) > AC
Ive heard the ACs are held in October, November and December
is the process the same for ibd? also, do you need to redo the tests for gcm if you've already done them for ibd?
also how is the ac? just several rounds of interviews or models, case studies etc..?
i have a TI coming up for GCM, assuming that is the HR interview then? no mention on the email

I heard people choosing their timeslots on the apps centre but there is no official HR confirmations on anything (time, interviewer etc)

brother you have the same profile along with 1000 more candidates, and for some reason off-cycle sweet spot is 30yo from EU doing 3yr master degrees and have 7 off-cycles (hate these mfkrs)

Hello. Have the ACs started? I had my last interview almost a week ago, no positive or negative email since then.
Is this recruitment process for IBD or GCM? if IBD, how are candidates selected for interviews in the first rounds, are they chosen by specific teams (e.g., tech, healthcare, etc.), or do interviews occur with random teams within IBD, with industry placements decided only after an offer is made.
