if your personality mirrors your online personality, you should be thankful for the shorter superday; less chances to screw up the interview.
My FT BB superday was just three 30-minute interviews. Honestly it's enough for them to tell whether you are qualified or not.
I thought the 5th avenue office was used by PWM.. My SA Superday with IBD NYC lasted only an hour, no technical questions whatsoever. Not that I'm complaining as I was offered a position but I didn't need to stay up late memorizing DCF questions..
GS S&T is also only 3 30 min interviews, though UBS Quant SA is 5 hours.
