MTS Health Partners? Upcoming EB?
I havent heard of this bank, but saw that they were mentioned in the Pfizer / Seagen acquisition ($43B). There's a couple decently sized transactions on their website, can anyone give more info? There's a couple dated threads but was wondering if there's more recent info out there.
A crazy sweaty HC boutique that are strongest in biotech (hence inclusion on deal). Solid boutique with good exits, but as I said, crazy sweaty per some friends who lateraled from there. I'm sure there's a better thread on it somewhere on WSO.
Heard that the bank does interesting work and has strong culture, would love to learn more
Interned there, happily going back. People are great - smart, willing to teach, but can go out and have a great time. Picked MTS over a few BBs based on interactions I had with them, was not disappointed in my choice.

I know they have strong exits to JPM, UBS, Houlihan Lokey, Perella Weinberg, GS healthcare
