My Group Sucks

Help. I am an An1 at a mid tier bank (Deutsche, JEF, Wells). Long story short. The group sucks. My group head is great and easy to respect but the other MDs are average at best, my SVPs are bipolar and my VPs are anti social weirdos, my associates are mentally handicapped MBAs who can’t build to EBITDA without google and the analyst class is so small there is no good bullpen culture.

I was lucky enough to land a PE seat during on cycle that I am super excited about. So now it is more about surviving the next 18 months.

did anyone go through a similar experience and if so what do advice would you give to me?
