Need Analysts for Endowment, Ideally 1-2 Years out of IB
Have been on the hunt to hire juniors to work as generalists on a diversified investments team. Mix of publics and privates, Public Credit, Private Credit, PE-PC hybrid and Structured transactions, Opportunistic, Special Sits, co-invest, sometimes direct invest - great seat and will be able to specialize if they want. We even offer secondment opportunities with some of the world’s best GPs - Apollo, KKR, Blackstone, MSIM, Francisco, etc.Large US public educational endowment in the South. 40-60 hr weeks, weekend work is rare, COL is low-mid in a very popular city. Comp starts at 160k base + 110% max annual bonus, so typically 240k-336k all-in. Long-term career, or we help you to go to b-school if you decide the place is not for you.The jobs have been up on the usual large career sites for a few months + we have a dedicated recruiter, but just not impressed with the resumes so far. Looking for people with strong modeling and deck-building skills, intellectual curiosity, and interest in investing for a great mission.Am I missing something?

Why the hell is an endowment doing special sits though lol
I interned at a family office once and they were doing special sits. I was on the public equity side but the guys next to me were talking about DIP financing… wild stuff.
Something is off about the salary band or the comp mix here
yale and Harvard don’t pay their endowment analysts this much at a private endowment (base and bonus target)

Agreed. Did similar work out of undergrad at a $50b+ fund in a relatively comparable COL. I don't think analyst-level comp even broke six figures..
If they’re doing special sits at this endowment it would make sense.
