Has anyone negotiated their offered salary from HR (how did it go) or is it common to always accept the first number given. I'm aware how much access to talent big BBs (and how expendable I am as a candidate) have so would people advise any form of neogitation for a first year analyst or do I just play it safe and agree immediately? Please throw any advice/tips down in the comments too

Super common to ask for 20-30% more as an AN1. These firms just don’t understand how much value you add. You have to show them your big cock by asking for significantly more than what they offer.
