Networking calls after accepting a SA offer?
This is probably really dumb but bear with me.
I recently accepted a SA offer for next summer, but I kept networking after my Superday since I honestly had no idea if I was going to get that offer. 3 hours before I got the call from said bank, I sent out a couple emails to some seniors at other banks I was still recruiting for and would likely have interviewed at if their timelines were earlier. To my surprise, an MD I emailed actually got back to me and wants to talk. I have no plans on reneging the offer I accepted, but would like to keep some FT options open since I’m not in love with the bank I accepted the offer at. I enjoy talking to senior bankers, so should I take the call and be up front about it or would I be wasting his time since that bank is starting up interviews for other candidates soon?

Lol @ the “bump”
Yeah, speak with him anyway. If anything, it’d prob seem more genuine to him that although you have an offer, you still reached out
