Anyone else have a crazy dropoff in responses this past week, it feels the same in ib, re, and er. Maybe its just me tho

Recruiting for ft tho??
Ppl are on vacation. My last week the office was a ghost town lol.
I have not received as many inbound emails from college students this month. This is typically a slow month for networking from what I have noticed.
it's late August. People are either on vacation, not on vacation but mostly chilling / working fewer hours, or getting murdered on deals.
Personally I would wait until after Labor Day. It's simular to the end of December, last two weeks of August are corporate wasteland.
End of August is always slow. People taking their kids on a family vacation etc. In an interview process for a company and it's slightly delayed because of this. Job boards are slow etc. This may be my lighest week I've had since graduating months ago.
Getting my hopes up as I'm in a few processes right now (might be at an offer stage for one). If I don't have a signed offer by early September, I still have 2-3 leads I'm waiting to reach out to after August is over. This 'lull week' has honestly been great for me, I was dealing with pretty bad burnout earlier this week and luckily scheduled one of my upcoming interviews for next week.
