Networking emails opened and read but no response?

Sent out networking emails and I know that the emails were read and forwarded around quite frequently (have an email tracker) but I have received no responses.

Does anyone have any insights on my emails were forwarded / read like 50 times but no response. I have a competitive profile for the companies that I'm networking with imo.

Forwarded is new to me. I also used to track emails back in the networking days, but never noticed them being forwarded. Can you provide the structure of your email for reference?

#1 - agree with above.. if I got the popup that you had a read receipt on a networking email, I 100% would not be responding and the forwarding would just be to a buddy saying "can you believe they had read receipts on? lol". Turn the read receipts off

#2 - once the read receipts are off... it's a numbers game and you are a bit late for networking. I'll respond to anyone in October because it's low season for recruiting, but March/April I'm getting 20 emails a week and I have to prioritize. Just keep going and focus on people with connections - assume you've done alums but also do same athletic conference, same region, from the same state etc... any common thread helps

They’re probably forwarding them like “hey look at this guy using some spam email tracker lol.” Turn it off, keep your messages to 2-3 sentences so you can send out more.
