New Asso Bonuses
I'm slated to join a mid-tier BB (Citi/CS/BAML) next year as an associate in a decent group. My base is 175 k and I believe stub is normally 30% therefore stub bonus should be 40k approx ? (please confirm)
What will the % bonuses be as an Asso 1 for mid bucket? Is it 75% of base? For top bucket is it 100%? Since the new base pays have been changes and no one has still got bonuses after the base pay change, I'm wondering whats up. Someone told me the higher bases will in part compensate for lower bonuses so I'm a bit confused. Appreciate any advice on this. Thanks so much!!
35k was the typical stub for A0
In coverage I think people are projecting 125k.
what is this based on? works out to 70% of new base and around 80% of old base?
what's the bonus diff between mid and top bucket as a % if anyone knows?
