No Full Time Offer Check-in

If you remember this username or you checked my post history and you’re thinking it doesn’t make sense why I’m posting this, all I have to say is that life is complicated.

Anyway, to the interns who didn’t get offers during summer 2022, how’s recruiting rn and how’s life in general? Anyone can reply (consulting, s&t, banking etc)

I’ll start. I was dumb enough to do a non cs/engineering major as an international student so I’ll probably not be able to stay in the country.

Keep grinding. My break came from a cold email to an alum from my non-target who had never answered an email in three years.

No offer at a shit group at a shit mm bank and just landed at an EB. Recruiting was fucking rough as shit but the hustle paid off. Shout out to the one dickhead in my intern class who laughed in my face on the last day when I was extremely upset. I'd feel bad for you next year that you're doing retarded cap markets work, but I'll probably be too busy doing M&A. How you like me now pussy?

No idea. I didn't ever see this job posted and this process started and concluded in one week

Great attitude my guy, you’re already ahead of all the whiners who are feeling sorry for themselves and excuse makers who don’t actually want it that bad. When you stay positive you literally can’t lose. Keep it up.

Got offer a week or two ago after getting no return from BB. Just keep plugging. Got a good amount of leads from decent banks
