Hey! Happy to see that you are interested in IB. Given that you have some work experience, I would have proposed to get an MBA and recruit for IB there. As I checked your history, it seems that you did your MBA already and thus it would be hard to explain doing a second one. I would be honest, it would be hard to break into IB, outside the MBA recruitment process. Here are some thoughts:
Big Fours have TS teams that might be easier to join as a lateral hire. Check some job postings there. How about you start studying towards your CFA qualification?
In addition to TS, overall, Big fours can accelerate your career since they offer very good exit opportunities. Try to talk to any people you know that they work there.
Do you need to break into IB? How about you try to climb the corporate ladder?
