Recently moved to a new office and they don't have a bullpen. Now analysts are just intermingled throughout with Associates and VPs. Curious to hear everyone's thoughts. On one hand, you get to potentially learn more by sitting next to someone more senior, but on the other, I miss the atmosphere of just being with your fellow analysts where you can be more candid with each other, rather than being on display all day.
