No Pay Bump at WFS?
I haven’t heard anything about WF bumping base pay for IB analysts. Have y’all heard anything? I can’t imagine them not joining every other bank.

I feel like we should hear something in the next week or so, especially with JPM/Barc/Citi raising their salaries now. If WF is serious about growing its IB practice and competing with bulges, they'll have to remain competitive on salaries too.
