No Return Offer
Junior internship in IB at BB and didn’t get a return. Would appreciate honest immediate best course of action and how to approach recruitment processes with other firms.

Take the next week and a half to regroup and reset your mental. Meet up with friends and family. Make sure you get a good reason why u didnt return and go hard once you are mentally over it.

By asking members on his team? Its a very small world
Yeah as much as you should take some time to reset, full-time recruiting will be a bloodbath with very few spots available. I’d start networking immediately and brush up on interview prep
getting into "game-ready" mode is a must in this environment. would never lie about getting a return offer but would spin it so that it is viewed under a more positive light.
How often do interviewers buy such spin?
How do you know you aren't going a return? Ignore the title, but am doing staffing at another firm and we don't even have headcount ideas, so kind of wondering how you already know you aren't getting the return.
