Nomura Hong Kong IBD Superday
I am invited to Nomura superday for HK IBD. It will be my last chance to land an IBD offer. I have interviewed many banks including both New York and Hong Kong offices. I understand technical very well and prepared as many behavioral questions as I could, but I could even pass the first round interview. I mostly followed M&I and WSO guides. I don't know where my problem is, maybe I don't sound sincere? But I really want to do banking, and I had two banking internships before in Mainland. Do you guys have some tips for Asia superday or superday in general? Much Appreciated

I have a little problem holding a conversation with native speakers. It might be an issue for New York office, but I am not sure about positions in Hong Kong.
from doing APAC superdays, what I've realized is a lot of students from China can't read social etiquette
