They are literally run by ex Blair folks, they are even in the same building. Good shop in franchise and restaurant.
Know this group from the outside somewhat and they absolutely clean house in restaurants as noted(though they weren’t lead on Tropical Smoothie- believe it was Baird) and to some extent broader franchising as well. Haven’t really seen them outside these areas though so not sure how strong they are outside of that but could be wrong. Despite the exposure to some of these higher profile deals not sure how great exits are / how much attention HHs give
