I'm generally on 5 or so "live" deals at once. Roughly the same for the associates/VPs, maybe less for the VPs who have their own clients
By live deal do you mean a deal that the bank's actually been mandated on as opposed to a pitch?
Are you in a financing/sponsors type group? This would be a pretty outlandish workload for m&a.
