Career Resources
I work across from them and think they’re great. Stellar analyst program (analyst 4 months in was fully running the model during live negotiations). Mid-level interactions have been very pleasant, nice people to work. MDs and Partners are sharks with sharp elbows but well-respected and damn good at their jobs
Culture is a little sus. The founder of the group is an ex-Drexel guy and definitely has brought some of that with him. It definitely drags below PJT RSSG or CVP Rx. That said ppl are pretty nice and nerdy. There are definitely groups in EVR M&A that have way worse cutlure than Rx.
