I am from Europe, where off-cycle internships are pretty common, which seems to be different in the US. I'm looking for firms where I could start a 4-6 months internship in January 2024. Where can I look? Is there any point in cold-emailing bankers to ask and see if they're short-staffed (doubtful) or just need an intern at that point in time?
