Not aware of others, sorry. But looking at how bad things are, it wouldn't be surprising if other banks get to the same position soon enough

Had the same experience with JP for a lateral spot at one of their super sweaty groups lol - 2 interviews tho, but seemed like they were just throwing out offers at that point. Made me realize how brutal it must be for current analysts that the group is willing to take just about anybody if it means easing their analyst workload a tiny bit / preventing future early quits

BB or EB? We might in the same situation lol, SD > Offer while other HRs are urging me to schedule interviews with their banks. I am overqualified in many ways tho, just wanted to get out of my current group.

What shop is this BB/EB/MM? Ldn or NYC? How does the group stand internally, good or bad rep fees-wise and culture? Answer those questions and you'll get a good sense of why they offered you the job so fast. They defo sound desperate tho
